Is AI worth it for a 20-person company at all?
Yes — especially then. Small mid-market companies have the biggest leverage, because a single automated task already saves 5–20 hours a week. We've had clients where a €7,000 project paid for itself after 4 months.
Do we have to send all our data to the US?
No. Where sensitivity demands it, we use European models (Mistral, German hosts) or on-prem solutions. For US models we use GDPR-safe paths (EU region, DPA, no training use). We evaluate this per use case with you.
We don't have a tech team. Can we still use this?
That's exactly why we're here. We build, operate and maintain the system — your team only uses it. On request we also train your staff (2–4h per use case).
What does a typical engagement look like?

What about the EU AI Act?
We assess the risk class per use case under the EU AI Act. Most mid-market use cases (internal automation, customer communication) fall under "minimal" or "limited" — meaning little overhead. We only take on high-risk applications (e.g. HR scoring) with an additional compliance setup.
